THE PROFILE
Upright boards, staggered front and back, closed from the street
Vertical, one slat. Drawn to scale. One board: 115 mm across and about 18 mm deep, pressed from galvanized sheet. The 115 mm face is what you see, the 18 mm depth is what keeps it straight.
TECHNICAL DATA
Galvanized fence boards fixed upright to a 40 × 30 steel crossbar, screwed or riveted. The classic wooden fence look without the yearly staining.
Two ways to build it: one-sided with gaps for the traditional partly open picket look, or double-sided chess with boards front and back, fully closed from the street. Each side can even be its own colour.
The boards are ALUZINC coated steel, 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, which lasts about three times longer than ordinary hot-dip galvanizing.
The board itself: 115 mm wide and about 18 mm deep. Boards go up with a gap between them and the gap size is your call. The build we recommend is double-sided and staggered: the gaps on one face sit behind a board on the other, so it is closed from the street and looks the same from both sides.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Vertical questions
What size are the boards?
115 mm wide and about 18 mm deep, galvanized steel with a factory baked colour.
Gaps or no gaps?
Your call. Most fences go up with a gap between the boards, and the gap size is chosen with you. Butted tight with no gap is an option too. The build we recommend is double-sided and staggered, which closes the fence from the street and looks the same from both sides.
Which board cut should I pick?
There are seven, and Polo is the one most people choose. They are the same fence in the same price bracket, so it is purely the shape you like. All seven are shown further down this page.
I already have concrete posts. Do I need a whole new fence?
No. If your garden has the standard concrete posts we fit the steel boards straight into them, drilled and anchored, no digging. That is our estate panel swap, from 280 euro per panel.
How long does an order take?
Your fence is made to order and painted to your colour at the factory, so allow about 4 weeks from booking to fitting day. A small one off order, like a single gate on its own, waits on a production run and can take longer. You get the real date in writing before you pay a deposit.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the day we finish, in writing with your quote.
